Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Addiction XVII

The original Addiction threads are romanized, so I thought we'd revisit that custom. Why the heck not?

Have at it.

Don't forget that I'm short and somewhat poor. Actually, all things considered, being poor ain't so bad; at least I have a road bike.

5'10" isn't tall. You have to be over 6' to be considered tall in my book. 5'10" is pretty much average.

So I was feeling nostalgic this morning, and I wanted to trace everything back to the recent turning point in my life. So I went back to September Addiction, and looked around. I remember it clearly now. This is all the result of iJen standing me up. I now have a new career, a girlfriend, a new outlook on life, and I shot a Barret M82a1 .50bmg sniper rifle. Thanks iJen.

I think they call that a target-rich environment. We did top 4k posts last month.
