If it were an old lugged steel Allez I would be more interested. This is a newer, less desirable model at least in my opinion. Still not bad for $100 with the extra parts included.

If you have the parts to build this up, sure. If you plan to piece it together you would do much better value-wise to find a complete bike. This isn't some special frame that is "worth" building up from scratch, just a generic aluminum frame.

Thank you fastjake, I do not like aluminum frames myself but when I see a frame at a good price I get excited. It would probably not be cost effective to build and flip this bike.

If you want it for yourself, maybe. To flip, no way. Unless you have all the parts to build it up with.
