What Did You Just Buy For Your Bike?
I see this thread has quite a set of legs over in SS/FG, so thought I'd give it a go here..

I bought some un-used Tektro R538s (nutted) and two un-used Velo-Orange Mudflaps from a local bike swap.

I've just spent a metric **** ton of money on my bike in the past 2 months.
Chainrings, brakes, levers, cables, housing, shifters, more brakes... I also bought a saddle.

I just plopped down the moolah on a pair of nutted Paul's Racer centerpull brakes.
They'll replace some old Italian sidepulls whose rear brake pad channel I really couldn't grind enough to fit to the bike of interest. Front worked okay, though.
If you hadn't guessed, I filled out my taxes late last week... Those things are pricey! I can't wait to use them.

Not Newbaums, Tressostar. Plain cloth. I like the feel of it.
I want to ride this bike, but right now it is snowing.

I haven't seen them (in person) ever, that I noticed anyway. But people here always mention them when talking about 'good old' riding shoes, so when these popped up on eBay, in my size, I had to give em a shot. I'll file a report when I get to try them out.
