Can anyone tell me if this single speed is a good buy?

Alright so i'm looking into getting a single speed bike to get to and from school and/or work. I found this bike on craigslist but I don't know what kind of frame it is or anything about the bike really because he repainted it and i was wondering if any bike experts out there would be able to identify what kind of bike it is and if it is worth 110$. Here is the link: https://tampa.craigslist.org/pnl/bik/3643395428.html

Custom and Vintage does not mean good.

This bike is not good; do not buy it.

I was offered 150 by a bike collector (i should have taken it)
He really should have. There aren't many options for a good new bike under 300. Check out Bikesdirect and the clearance sections of other online retailers if your local marketplace is failing.
