Ultegra Di2
Just ordered Ultegra Di2 from PBK. They have a special going for an extra 15% off, so the net was $911 delivered
It's the complete set including brakes, except for the crankset
Only thing is that they didn't ask if I wanted internal or external wiring, so I may be surprised. Not a big deal since I might buy a new frame to go with it
Am I the only one who thought that this was a great deal?

No, that's a great deal as far as I know. My only issue is that my frame isn't set up for Di2 internally. That, and I shouldn't spend another $900 on it when I really just need a tri bike.

I've had a couple questions for PBK on exactly which components are in the kit and if any substitutions are allowed (they aren't)- do you (hammond9705) know if anything will have to be paid to customs to take delivery in the US?
Interesting that even going out and buying the wires to install this externally, the components appear to be less expensive in this kit than buying everything piecemeal anywhere else.

There are no custom duties for bike parts into the US.

Quick update. I got it earlier this week, and installed it yesterday.
First of all it is great. Everything that everyone says. It encourages you to switch more often and always be in the right gear
Few little issues with PBK. First, they said that it would ship with 11-25, but it actually came with a 12-25, but that's what I wanted anyways. Second, the battery charger came with a European plug. $10 at Radio Shack got me the correct one
Installation wasn't too bad. Lots of material on the web. If you can recable and adjust deraillers you can do it. Only thing is that external wiring is a bit messy. Makes me want to get a new frame with internal wiring
The cables from PBK were too long. I think that I might order a shorter one and move them around
I listed the brakes that came with it on eBay and kept my old Ultegra brakes. That should get me $100 or so back.
Net cost will be about $900 after selling the brakes, and buying the parts referenced above to convert to external wiring
All in all, a great deal.
