Rebuild or buy new??
So I was just given a pair of 08 Roval Fusee star wheels and was looking for some opinions. Would it be worthwhile to buy some new hubs (could get a deal on ultegra/dura ace for under cost) and have the rims laced to the new hubs, or would I get better results with buying a new wheelset?
