This might be a stupid question do bear with me.
Why is there no handle bar that is both bullhorn and drop? Basically like drop bars with brake levers acting as bullhorns. People can choose one or the other but there is no bar that combines both styles?
Is there a bar like this already out there?
I'm thinking it's not made for these reasons: would be heavier, might look stupid, most people prefer one or the other bar type, maybe it won't work for some reason I'm missing?
I just like riding bullhorns but think it would be nice to switch to the drop position every once and a while. I also think you'd have more hand positions.
Okay bring the fire guys.
Edit: tried to edit title fail. "So" not "do"

there are bullhorns with a drop after the bend. multiple companies make them. some with mild drop like the fyxation rodeo or syntac "they make deep drop as well" nitto also makes bullhorns with a much more aggressive drop and some with a mild drop as well.

I've honestly never had brake levers, hoods are for brakes right or can you have them without? And yeah that is more or less what I'm talking about, but instead of buying drops and adding hoods I was wondering if you can buy a nice and sleek single bar.

I would run these on drops over some silly hybrid drop/bull horn bar anyday.

There is such a thing, but it is not so terribly pleasing to the eye and is designed for nothing but endurance track racing.

To each his own. I feel like the knobs look silly and the brakes (is that what those are?) look a little odd. Thanks for sharing though. After seeing all the possibilities I still love my bullhorns.
