My Bum Hurts
I have several thousand miles on my Trek Fitness 7.4 and have had nary a problem with the saddle or a sore bum. With the weather getting bad and not being able to get to my spin class I have attached my bike to a Cycleops Fluid Trainer. After about an hour in the saddle my bum starts to hurt. Is there a cause for this?

Do the Women in the Spin class with you improve the Scenery?
<guess> bike doesn't move any more under you.. you dont get out of the saddle occasionally,
wheel in front on the floor or re leveled with something under it? .. bored so you notice it More ?
how about a rowing machine instead? or rollers..

Is your front tire on the floor? If it is, and like mine the trainer makes the rear wheel higher, so your pointing down hill, so to speak. Try raising the front wheel so it is level with the back wheel. Use a phone book(if you can find one) or a 2x4 under the front tire.
