Show how you roll inside.

Mine is just a dumb trainer. Sit and spin. Keeps me eager for Spring. I can perfect a new year’s ‘old man’ position on several bikes. A fancy trainer sits at my daughter’s if I want to check power. YouTube works for me, music or cycle route.

And a big window dead ahead, too.
edit: French bike for French fit. '72 PX10.
Hoping for dry days and temps above 40° to get out.

My back is a bit effed up at the moment, so I'm off the trainer. Maybe I'll give it an easy spin later to see if it makes the back better or worse.

Here's something I put together during the pandemic. I'm at 1:12 and 1:36.

There are those who would ride outdoors in that, but that's beyond my limit.

It was 52F and drizzly, too cold and wet for local riding. So I did an endurance/tempo climb in Cortina (11 miles, 2900'):

Then I did a 20-minute cool down ride around Paris, finishing on the cobbles at the Arc de Triomphe.

Still recovering from food poisoning ‘courtesy of tortilla soup in Loreto, MEX. 26* today’s high - 11 tonight.

One of my Strava buddies said it correctly about today’s temp: Cold AF

Sorry, missed it.
Actually, it would be nice to have a bunch of ride pics from the folks DownUnder posting summer ride pics.
I love a thread that goes slightly a'kilter for a few good pics.

I’m not much on indoor trainers, but I pulled the road bike into the basement recently. I bought this trainer off CL a few years back in the dead of winter. Previously I set up the MTB with a spare wheel and a 26” trainer tire.

Actually just put on a trainer tire on this bike yesterday. Just a basic fluid resistance trainer. I do short 5-20 minutes bits of cycling as part of circuit training with floor work, weights, etc.

Going forward this spring, I think I will leave the training tire on this wheel and get new wheels with wider rims so I can run 35s on this bike.

Three days a week, I go to our rec center and run. The track loops around inside the outer wall on the upper level so it’s hard to photograph. There are bits of it shown in these photos. Most people walk on the inner lane so the few of us who run mostly have the outer lane to ourselves.

A basic mag trainer. Being in the desrert, It lives between the two cars in the winter and in a corner of the living room in the summer.

And on iOS you can hold down 0

It’s embarassing Windows can’t do it. I’m embarassed for them.

Also a 50° shift in less than 5 days is completely insane. Is that a high altitude desert or something?

That's for the old center-pull brake.
