Actually, not sure if i'm going to build this up anymore. The more and more I go over the geomotry, the more I enjoy my madone. The bike is amazing, but the headtube is tiny and i'm not sure if I can pull that off. We'll see.
If it does get built up it'll be bontrager xxx lite everything and RED.

I am all about throwing modern groups on 80s and 90s frames but I vote leave this one be.

As for plans... Not really sure... I'm not a fan of the grip shifts, so they will eventually be replaced, but not sure what I'm going to go with yet; probably just going with barcons.

The problem is, you can plainly see from the picture I posted, those aren't stock parts. They came with Shimano 600 or 105 series components. Still a cool ass bike. Those grip shifters have always intrigued me.

Ima grit my teeth and tell you that I currently ride a Schwinn Prelude. I upgraded the rear derailleur and put some aero bars on it. It rides good enough for my 15 to 25 mile rides after work 3 or 4 days a week. A new bike is on the horizon though.

Love that Volagi. Those disc brakes look very cool too. I'd love to try one up in the mountains. I'm sure it brakes very well. What does your Volagi weigh with disc brakes anyways?
