I have a few mid-1980s Miele road bicycles. This Miele Suprema with a Columbus SLX frameset and a mix of Campagnolo Mirage and Veloce 0=-speed components is the one I use for my longer rides.
I also enjoy riding this Miele Latina with non-index Shimano 600 components on it.
My Columbus SL frameset Miele with Dura Ace AX components on it.
My Tange #5 Miele Uno SL I had converted to a touring bike with extra bottle mount on the underside of the downtube, and braze-ons for cantilever brakes and for the rear rack.
My $30.00 Canadian Miyata Seven Ten.
Cheers

Those Mieles are some handsome old timers. However, your Miyata is the schnizzle. Thanks for sharing those pics.

Great input. In fact, when I went in to pick it up, although it was already built, they did a couple of things (e.g. I asked them to remove the dork disc). I asked about tire pressure. They said max rating is 70psi. While it was in the stand the tech checked the tires.

Good point, my stock tubeless 32mm tires were set at 80psi. Stock tires are also usually not the best. I dropped 380g and improved grip/rolling resistance swapping the stock tubeless w/sealant for a set of GP5000s w/latex tubes, just crazy.

I've got 4 road bikes however 3 of those are built for triathlon. This is my only pure road bike.

Hoods will be a little more comfortable if you raise the levers next time you wrap the bars,

Ebay Find...$871, 2011 SL3, Saxo Bank team bike...
I'm not worthy, I'm not worthy. I'm way out-of-shape. But when you have a bike like this, you just start training. It's 6700 Dura Ace 10-speed. It came with a compact crank (fine for now, but when my fitness comes back, probably want to go 52/36 or 53/39). Stiffness is excellent. For the price paid, I feel like it was well worth it...this or my BD Motobecane? Umm.....THIS! I dislike the company's underhanded business practices (I blame their lawyers) but the design / engineering dept at Specialized... of this 2011 pro-grade tarmac is just out of this world.

handlebar tape to match the "look" advert accents but had just (and i mean just) double deda wrapped the handlebars on the old 2002 coppi ksc plane aluminum/carbon
frame/bike before being involved in a frame (bottom bracket) cracking collision. it's my opinion the bright red handlebar tape will, with wear/dirt, perfectly match the dark
red to graphite gray paint transition on the frame in the next 4-6 months. hehe. thanks for the compliment. thing rides like a teen dream. currently trying to co-op it into a 15 lb weight loss.
would love to see your look(s) and anyone else's in newly posted "post your look bicycle" in the road cycling forum.
