Party Pace!!!
My old standby.....the Raleigh Clubman. The only thing remaining from when it was stock is the frame, fork and seatpost.

I've had my roubaix for about 3 months now and i absolutely adore it. Amazes me that a bike can be so comfortable, yet so aerodynamic and also so stiff! Specialized were on to something when they kept the same frame geometry/wheel base as the Tarmac but built comfort into the Pave seatpost and Headset. The results are no lie.

Here's my road bike. My first ever road bike, in fact. I love it to bits. It's a Soul (a well regarded Brazilian brand) 3R1 Disc 2019 model that I bought used in February. Aluminum frame, carbon fork. It was the cheapest bike with hydraulic disc brakes that I could find, and also looked good. One thing I didn't like about it was the weight. It's about 10,8 Kg or 23.8 lbs, including pedals and bottle cages. I went on a spending spree and already spent a fairly irrational amount of money buying all sorts of parts for it, including new wheels, tires, pedals (I had to buy those anyway, those M520 are from my hybrid), seat post, handlebar, stem, bottle cages, etc. Lot's of cheap Chinese carbon, wish me luck
Most of the weight will be shed from the wheels and tires, about 3 lbs. With the other parts, I'm aiming for a sub 20 pound weight (again, with pedals, bottle cages and head unit mount), if only just. I know it's not especially light even after all the upgrades, but this is an entry level bike. Most of the upgraded parts I'll be able to transfer to another bike in the future.
Most of those parts are already on the bike (not on that picture), but the wheels are stuck at customs. When it's all together I'll post another picture.

My 2019 S-WORKS Sagan Tarmac.
I posted it when it was brand new, but I just spent hours cleaning and lubing it and it looks so pretty that I had to re-post.

Ritchey Road Logic 2.0 spec'd with full 6800 Ultegra mechanical and wheelset. Fizik carbon bars and Selle Italia carbon rail seat provide ride compliance. I love the juxtaposition between old and new school tech and old school steel.
